- Half board includes: breakfast buffet, 5 course menu with big salad buffet, Welcome evening with apertiv and finger food;

- On thuethday we offer you reservation with breakfast buffet and prosecco. (without dinner)
- for a not taken dinner, we give 8,00 € reduction (excluded the special offers)

- Dogs will be accepted after arrangement (7,00 € per day without food) and are not allowed to enter the dining room and the swimming pool. Please bring a dog blanket or a dog basket.
- Reservation is effected with written order.
- The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumers’ Code) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: For cancelling of the reservation until 30 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% until 8 days 100%. We can send you a travel insurance!
- You can pay cash, with cheque or with credit card (EC, MASTERCARD). Because of the high bank commissions we would prefer cash or cheque. Euro cheques and foreign currencies will be changed without charges according to the current rate.
- Guest bus and bus stop only 2 minutes walk. Village centre can be reached in about 20 minutes walk.
- Your guestroom is ready at 3 p.m in the day of arrival.

Your advantage card in Merano and Environs
The MeranCard can be obtained at selected partner hotels in Dorf Tirol. It is included in the room price. The card is valid for 7 days from the date of first use. Should you stay for longer than one week, you are entitled to another benefits card.
The MeranCard includes a number of services:

Enjoy exclusive services that are only available to GuestCard holders. Get a discount of at least 10 % off the regular price at over 100 museums, on cable cars and on sports and recreational activities in Merano and Environs.
Adults and children get the GuestCard at the arrival in the hotel. Discounts for children may vary from provider to provider. The card is free of charge and valid for your complete stay.
